Cierra Rohrbaugh, formerly Cierra Redding is a Gunnison-based visually impaired artist and Sculpture and Art History Adjunct Professor at Western Colorado University. Rohrbaugh (b. 1995, Wichita Falls, TX) graduated with her MFA in ceramic sculpture at New Mexico State University and holds a BFA in Painting from Western Colorado University.
Rohrbaugh considers herself a contemporary expression artist who thrives on experimenting with various mediums, refusing to be confined to any single form. Her abstract works are a testament to her innovative spirit, seamlessly blending techniques and materials to explore new artistic horizons.
Born with a rare chronic eye condition, called Nystagmus, she is left with the constant sensation that the world around her is shaking, giving her a unique but challenging visual experience.
